Shipping & Delivery Policies:

All items on Kalakaart are shipped by the artist directly to you. Here's what to expect:

Dispatch time: Most sellers dispatch within 3–5 business days of receiving your order. Some handmade items may take slightly longer, and the listing will state this if this is the case.

Delivery time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within Mumbai, and 5-10 business days for other cities in India. We currently ship within India only.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. You can use this to track your delivery directly on the courier's website.

Shipping charges: Shipping charges, if any, are shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Many items include free shipping - this is indicated on the listing by the seller.

Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, photograph it immediately and email us at kalakaart.in@gmail.com within 48 hours. Do not discard the packaging. We will resolve this for you personally.
