Returns & Refunds Policy:
Every item on Kalakaart is an original, one-of-a-kind piece made by an independent artist, and we are sad to see returns on that, however, returns will not be accepted in case of personalised or customised items.
Please read listing descriptions carefully and reach out to us before purchasing if you have any questions about an item.
We will resolve the following situations fully:
- Item arrives damaged: Report within 48 hours with photos, we will arrange a refund or replacement where possible
- Item is significantly different from what was shown: Report within 48 hours, we will investigate and resolve fairly
- Item never arrives: If tracking shows non-delivery after 15 business days, we will initiate a full refund
How to report an issue: Email kalakaart.in@gmail.com with your order number, photographs, and a description of the problem. We will respond within 48 hours.
Refund processing time: Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.
