Is everything on Kalakaart original and handmade? Yes. Every single item. We verify every seller before they list. No AI-generated work, no mass production, no reselling. If you ever receive something that doesn't feel original, tell us immediately.

Can I talk to the artist before buying? Yes - and we encourage it. Click "Contact the artist" on any listing and we'll connect you directly. Many of our best transactions start with a conversation.

What payment methods do you accept? All major Indian payment methods - UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking, and popular wallets. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

How do I know my payment is safe? Kalakaart uses Razorpay - one of India's most trusted payment gateways, for all transactions. We never store your card details.

Can I commission a custom piece? Yes. If you'd like something made specifically for you - a size, a colour palette, a theme - email us at kalakaart.in@gmail.com and we'll connect you with the right artist.

I'm an artist. How do I sell on Kalakaart? Visit our Sell on Kalakaart page or email us directly. We're currently onboarding our founding artists in Mumbai and would love to hear from you.

What if I have a problem with my order? Email kalakaart.in@gmail.com with your order number. We respond within 24 hours, personally. Every time.
